Backup & restore
Save all your invoices, expenses, and settings to a file. If you lose this phone, having a recent backup saved to Google Drive, Dropbox, email, or WhatsApp (via "Share backup") is what gets your data back — there's no account or server involved.
Automatic backups (on this device)
Taken quietly about once a day while you use the app, in case you forget to back up yourself. These stay on this device only — they don't replace sharing a real backup off your phone.
Reminders
Get a notification when you open the app if any invoice is due soon or overdue.
Offline mode
When on, the app makes no optional network requests at all — no background update checks, nothing. Everything you enter still saves normally; you just won't get notified of new versions until you turn this off and reopen the app.
Legal & privacy
Privacy policy

Short version: MegaInvoice doesn't collect, transmit, or sell any of your data. Everything you enter stays on this device.

No accounts, no server. There is no sign-up and no login. The app has no backend to send your data to — invoices, expenses, clients, and settings are stored locally in your browser's on-device storage.

Backups are yours to control. "Download backup" and "Share backup" only run when you tap them. A backup file is created on your device and only goes wherever you personally choose to send it (Google Drive, WhatsApp, email, etc.) — MegaInvoice itself never uploads anything automatically.

No ads, no tracking, no analytics. Nothing about your usage is measured or reported anywhere.

Feature suggestions. If you use the "Send suggestion" option, whatever you type is sent via your own email app to the developer — the app itself doesn't store or transmit it otherwise.

Uninstalling. Removing the app (or clearing site data for it) permanently deletes everything stored locally, since there is no copy anywhere else unless you made a backup.
